No, but there were organized groups as far back then which were essentially the same thing as Antifa now, even if they were called something else. The group in Germany was the first one to adopt the Antifa name in 1983.
The organized movement in Europe does trace the Cable Street incident back to the where the movement truly began and evolved into Antifa.
