When the sauce is a little spicy and tangy, the ham is just crisping up, the cheese is nice golden brown and the pineapple is a bit carmelized but still plump and juicy. Absolutely delicious. I think people who hate hawaiian have never tried a good one, probably some chain pizza with canned pineapple chunks.
