Anchovy vs Bare Dough and sauce made me laugh.

Went with the bare dough. Used to work at a family pizza joint in high school/university. Really fun job flipping the dough and making some good pies. Andaro’s in Cougar Ridge. I think it’s still there but under new management for a long time. The original owner sadly passed away far too young. That place employed my brothers and friends for a while and had damn good pizza. They had a Perogy that was far better than anything BP ever churned out on it’s best day. I never liked Hawaiian before working there, but the addition of a little garlic seasoning on top made it just right. They also did a Hawaiian chicken with honey garlic sauce and sliced almonds. Pretty sweet for my taste but a single slice of it was pretty great.
