Couple things I've found with second profiles:
- There's a daily money tree spot for every profile (you can only see one spot per profile, but when it's grown you can harvest with any profile)
- There's a daily message botte/DIY each day for every profile (it's different for each profile)
- There's a daily money rock for each profile, however no other rock regens.
One thought if you're just using it for art: If you plan on deleting the profile after, give the artwork to your main character and have them donate it. It'll say who donated what in the gallery. By the sounds of it if you delete a profile it gets rid of any reference of them ever being there. So I would assume donations disappear too.
