I voted for Mr. Andersson then remembered that he hardly played many games with that number.

Jones wasn't much impressive here but probably deserves this vote but I'm sure he won't get it as Ras is quite popular.

Edit: I forgot the Jones swapped to #19 after the first year. Yeah, Ras deserves this more.
