Which is an absolute joke. A lot of players win a Stanley cup and are literally just along for the ride. Iginla is 34th all time in points, with 1300. How he didn't even make the NHL top 100 is an embarrassment to the selection committee. He was one goal, one shot away from winning a Stanley cup.
Even though he didn't win a cup, he was the definition of a franchise player and a true leader on and off the ice. With his goal and point totals, along with what he represented, he is a shoe in for a first ballot hall of famer.
