Yeah I've had her come twice I think. Make sure you have Mabel open up her store on the island to unlock Label.
I haven't had Leif offer me Tulips yet I don't think, I somehow have red tulips on my island but no other colours. Still missing quite a few hybrids otherwise but getting closer. Got blue roses though which is the hardest. Need green Mums, purple Hyacinths, Pansies, and Windflowers.
