If they do resume, coming back with 24 seems to be the most-likely. The bottom tier teams aren't planning on coming back.
A June draft seemed like a done-deal a week ago. Now, not so much. A decision will need to be made soon for that.

Pretty easy solution for draft, open trades back up until after the draft. That is the reason why the GM's and teams are so opposed to a June draft. It isn't like the deadline was that long ago game wise even.
