It's been a while since I built an actual
model, so I had to make sure to do a good job of it. Just finished this AT-AT with snowspeeders for all you Star Wars fans!
It's an old MPC model that I bought at a meet last year - it's an oldie but definitely a goodie! I had to get creative with the base since I'm running low on a few materials. It's painted foil on top of a chunk of styrofoam, and covered with a LOT of white craft sand and a bunch of table salt which are held together with about two cups of white glue. The black rock is leftover celluclay from my Dio project. I'm pretty pleased with it. Hope you enjoy:
