I probably talked to 10 teams about Karlsson. Most deals were a few decent pieces coming back, but this one has a really quality top tier prospect coming back my way. Hated to move Karlsson but had to for salary reasons
Thanks to William Karlsson for being here for the 4 seasons Ive been a GM, he became one of my favorite non flames and he was one of my best players year after year. He was one of the few guys remaining from when I started here. Gonna miss having him
