Default IMPORTANT: Draft pick mess

Folks Doug has gone through and identified where we have inconsistencies between picks in the thread and picks on the GM pages.

We REALLY need people to pay more attention and be careful with this stuff, because I have no idea how to clean this up. Basically we've had several cases where people have traded picks they didn't actually own.

For instance, somehow pick #86 which is mine, was traded to another team.

Trying to trace all this back is going to be impossible in part because in some cases the picks have been traded more than once.

Here's the picks impacted:

Picks on Roster Page but not in thread
Nashville - 3rd(buf) 66
New York Rangers - 3rd(phi) 84
Minnesota- 4th(cal) 86
Pittsburgh - 4th (was) 92
Buffalo - 4th(ott) 108
Nashville - 5th(la) 121

Picks in thread but not on roster page

66. BUF - LOS ANGELES
84. PHI - FLORIDA
86. CGY - ANAHEIM
92. WAS - NEW YORK RANGERS
108. OTT - PITTSBURGH
121. LA - LOS ANGELES

I propose the following, because I have no idea what else to do.
The picks listed in the thread above, will be retained.
For each of those picks, we will slot in the pick from the GM's page directly after.

Basically meaning this.
66. BUF - LOS ANGELES
66. Nashville - 3rd(buf)
84. Florida
86. CGY - ANAHEIM
86. Minnesota- 4th(cal)
92. WAS - NEW YORK RANGERS
92. Pittsburgh - 4th (was)
108. OTT - PITTSBURGH
108. Buffalo - 4th(ott)
121. LA - LOS ANGELES
121. Nashville - 5th(la)

This means that we are having to create extra picks because otherwise teams are losing out on picks that are rightly theirs. But I have no idea how to trace back and fix it. So this is the best thing I can come up with.

If anyone has a big problem with this please post by noon tomorrow. At that point Doug will update the order to reflect the above. I'm not going to process any more deals until that happens.

MOVING FORWARD: If you are trading a pick for the 2020 draft you must:
- Trade the actual pick as an asset from your GM page
- Include in the condition a written statement of which pick is moving. That way we will have a paper trail.

Any questions/concerns?
