Again, nothing remarkable in that and I assume other courses have procedures in place as well. It's just the first time I had seen it mentioned and in Alberta nasty weather is pretty commonplace yet I had not given it any thought until now.

Other than it was clear there was nothing remarkable did you mean to say they are now open rather than not open?
