The entire thing really hammered home something I believe to be 100% true about the DC animated stuff. No Kevin Conroy, no point.

Lots of gore and and death with the only real purpose to be "OH MY GOSH DID YOU SEE THAT?! LOOK AT THAT!? DID YOU SEE THAT?! ISN'T THIS SCARY AND SO MUCH!" Wasn't into it with Ultimatum and wasn't super into it here.
