The final part of the Luke/Vader fight in RotJ. Starting from Vader's speech to Luke and finding out he has a sister, Luke in the shadows with a blend of light/dark on each side of his face, culminating in that scream as he jumps out and starts attacking Vader relentlessly. A perfect moment and the score just blows it up to absolute perfection.
