The article mentions he is from Nova Scotia. I actually wonder how much that plays into the process now — we’ve lost some good, young Canadian talent in recent years (Durant, Brescacin, Adeleke come to mind) from players wanting to go “home” to BC and Ontario. Got one “back” in McEwan, but I wonder how much it matters now.
