I think that one of the criteria this year was to bring in young players that have a special teams resume. I mean if you look at the Stamps they're pretty deep at most positions and they probably have the best Canadian Depth at Skills. so it makes sense to bring in guys with strong specials so they can develop into a starter. They did it with Singleton.
