Uh, yeah receiving 93% of their gross pay is one thing...but then look at how much HRR will be lost if they don’t finish the year/playoffs. The amount they lose from that escrow will be significant. HRR is huge in playoffs, not to mention the lost games in the regular season.

The family thing is a definite problem - but make it so players can opt out if they need to. Have it be an optional thing if they need to.
