So, I think we all know Joe is a scum bag. It’s kind of sad to see though. He started off with good intentions and seemed to genuinely care about his animals, but the money and his hatred for Carole consumed him.

I really hope that Jeff Lowe clown and Doc Antile get taken down as well. There’s no doubt in my mind Lowe was involved in the murder plot and there’s no doubt that Antile was killing his cubs.

But I think Carole is the worst of all of them. She’s so self-righteous and obnoxious. She’s doing the exact same thing as Joe, the only difference is she markets her scheme as rescue cats. Oh, and she 100% whacked her husband and fed him to the cats. She is scum and needs to be knocked off her high horse. Her new husband seems like a total wiener too.

Joe, while having the charisma playing in his favour was still a sociopathic con artist that had an ego too big for his zoo and preyed on young men that had not yet individuated themselves to take up his husband mantle while not actually caring for them (poor Passage kid).

But I do think Carole is worse. You can sense that she's a vicious person behind the scenes. Having volunteers as her foot soldiers is worse than Joe's setup where he gave the misfits jobs, and for a cause she claims to be so passionate about, she only would even begin to take note of those workers that had been doing it for years. She doesn't give a ####. And operating virtually the same thing under the guise of "rescue cats" is just plain scummy. Joe's hatred no doubt got out of hand, but it wasn't misplaced. The woman likely had her husband killed and threatens his family to keep them silent about it, and continues to live like royalty to this day.

That Doc guy is pretty messed in the head too. But damn if you weren't both shocked and impressed by how much these people actually got away with. Adorable jungle cats sure have a power over people, one even greater than money, since all the people involved were hardly getting paid at all to devote their lives to it.
