yeah- the one year he narrowly loses to a teenaged Barrasso- Pat Riggin is 3rd (tied with his teammated) then comes Dan "not as a good as Phil Suave" Bouchard right behind him
the next year Lemelin is 3rd with Riggin right behind again- I had forgotten the high regard Riggin was held in but then again Washington was a solid defensive team in that era
