Oh for sure...but that is JUST housing and feeding the personnel. Really so much more beyond that.
Its why I just dont see it happening. I keep doubling back to just the ability to make really good ice. Some places will be better than others for sure. Heat is one thing but you get into some of those places in the South and the humidity alone makes it almost impossible. And as it looks like right now, the governments that may be favorable to something like this would all be south of the 49th.
Just...so many things.
