Took the checkpoint out for its maiden voyage this afternoon and was stunned how easy it was to cruise at 35 with the wind. Felt like I had a a few more mph in the tank easy.
Wierd getting used to the narrow handle bar, and the shifterson the brake levers and then remembering which lever did what....need to dial in the seat position as I like my seat with a bit of an upward tilt at the nose....and the clip less pedals were set to almost death setting.
Tomorrow I am going to clean up my commuter and take a few keeper parts off of it and get it listed on Kijiji, Facebook, pink bike
