Bridgman had a couple of relatively strong years in the early 80s, but short tenure.

Bozek was a strong two-way player who could add some offensive pop. Plenty of tenure in the 80s. Not overly memorable, but a good player none the less.

I could say the exact same thing about Ranheim as I did about Bozek. Strong two-way player with some offense. Good secondary player for many years. I distinctly remember his excellent speed. However, Ranheim played the majority of his time in Calgary under 28, and only played under 26 for 5 games, so he's disqualified from this vote.

Reichel played 6 years in Calgary and had two excellent years in the early 90s, reaching the 40 goal mark in both years, and several other very strong years offensively. He was a little disappointing in clutch time, but he was still a very good player overall. He had a pretty productive career over 13 seasons.

Begin was with the organization for a while, but always as a bit player or 4th liner at best.

Nilson had 4 solid years in Calgary as a bottom 6 player, but people will only remember his value in the '04 playoff run which makes them think he's better than he was. Nice solid defensive player, but had very little offensive value. Hard worker, but nothing exceptional to warrant a vote.

Kotalik........ugh........well past his "best before" date when he joined the Flames. Next.

Wideman played all but one season under 6, not 26. Therefore disqualified from this vote.

Wotherspoon never stuck in the NHL.

Stone was okay as a bottom pairing defenseman to start, but his game has quickly diminished and is now on the verge of being out of the league. Hard battler though.

For me, I have to go with Reichel. I always wanted a little more out of him, but nobody could deny his talent and contributions offensively. Close second to Bozek.
