I wouldn't be shocked if the best WR in the draft is picked in the 2nd round but at the end of the day you still have to trust your scouts and the film and take the best player on your board. The two arguably top WR's in the league in Hopkins and Jones were both high first round picks so as with QB's I still think you need to swing big if you are in search of a franchise WR. It's also another reason Ruggs scares me as he's going to get drafted high based on world class speed and plenty of those guys bust.
