I don't use watch winders. It usually only takes me a few minutes at max to bring the watch up to par if I have not been wearing the watch. I usually just pick up the watch, swing it gently via wrist movements for around 10-15 seconds before adjusting date/time etc. and wearing it.
The cheapest winders I ever ran into were at least $100 for winding two watches and I didn't feel like it was necessary for my personal collection. I also didn't really see the point to keep certain autos wound and running regularly if I wasn't wearing them, as it seemed like it was just wearing down the watch over time when I wasn't wearing it?
