I remember including light dumb bells or wrist weights this with the Tae Bo workout. Double time is nearly impossible to sustain with weights.
EDIT: Pulled up some Tae Bo Videos and started moving along with the video. It's kinda fun actually. 

 I wonder if I'll be able to add this to my quarantine workout without hurting myself...
