Since Calgary doesn't have an OMEGA boutique (which they have been leaning towards in their quest to go upmarket), Calgary Jewellery is the authorized dealer here, so you probably want to talk to them first. I've never bought anything myself from them but they seemed nice enough to chat with. You can also look online and go grey market. A place like Jomashop.com sells real-deal watches, but you get their warranty, not the one from the manufacturer.
Discount wise, you probably won't get much from an Omega boutique, but could probably get something from an AD, depending on the watch. When I got my Speedy many years ago, I believe I got something like a 30% discount from a dealer in DC.
