I had friends who were in a car that rolled. A guy was taking out a girl for the first time, a cousin of mine was in the back, they were on the way to picking up his girlfriend for a double date. I can't remember now what caused it (it wasn't a winter time accident), but the car did roll. My cousin in the back didn't have his seat belt on and had his window down. He was thrown from the vehicle and was fine, hardly had a scratch. Apparently the cops said if he had his seat belt on or the window up or both, he'd have been dead. The guy driving had some bad injuries, but lived to tell about it. The girl was killed. Three different outcomes based on where they sat in one accident.
