Here is what I am trying to do. My brother in law in the states wants to play minecraft with my kids. He created a bedrock PC server but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect to it on PS4 or Switch. I was able to get connected to him on a realm he created on the switch but still not able to enter his server information.
On the PS4 the server tab says 'favorites coming soon' or something to that effect and on switch it just lists 5 servers but I do not have the ability to join any other servers.
I have logged into my Microsoft account on both platforms and I have added him as a friend but it doesn't show him as online when he is in his server.
I have Playstation Plus and Switch Online and both consoles have the most up to date version of the game installed.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
