I gave the HC jersey a 4/10 while I gave the pedestals a 5 and a 5.5, so they might seem like they're close in terms of my subjective opinion... but I'll say this.
This rating system operates like the much more famous Richter magnitude scale, used for measuring earthquakes. The Richter scale is logarithmic, meaning that an earthquake that measures a 4.0 on it is 10 times stronger than one that measures a 3.0, while a 3.0 is 10 times stronger than one that measures a 2.0 (therefore making a 4.0 100 times stronger than a 2.0).
That also applies here. To me, they're not even in the same stratosphere. But I respect your opinion.
