I found one on Crave that was pretty good - “Pu-239”. Older movie about a Russian nuclear plant worker who gets irradiated in an accident, received poor treatment at the hands of the management, so he steels some weapons grade plutonium and tries to sell it in Moscow to give a bit of money to his family before he ultimately croaks of radiation poisoning.
My description might make it sound like a dark comedy, but it has serious, super depressing tone.
