The Flames always spend to the cap and aren't making much money, if any. To categorize the owners as "greedy" is simply wrong.
It's everyone's right to "boycott" the Flames from here on out over this. But in reality, I'm betting that the amount of posters that actually follow through on this plan is not material.

The decision-makers for a multi-million dollar corporation decided to screw over minimum-wage employees during a global pandemic because they thought they could get away with it. Only after a massive public outcry and a rallying call from kind-hearted people opening their wallets to those individuals did those decision-makers change course and do the bare effing minimum. Not because it was the right thing to do, but because the horrible PR would affect their profit margins.
I don’t understand how that isn’t something worth being upset about.
