Hi,

I'm looking for Albertan parents and youth (age 10 to 24) to complete this survey about what health topics are important to you: http://www.childhealthstudy.ca.

I need about 300 parents and 300 youth to complete the project so your help would be appreciated. All respondents who enter their email can be entered into a draw to win an iPad.

It is a project within the University of Alberta Dept of Pediatrics and Faculty of Nursing. The survey takes 5-10 minutes and is completely anonymous.
