I could be wrong, but if the NHL postpones for lets say a month, its likely that they'll just cancel the season so they don't have to push off the start of next season. I doubt that the NHLPA will allow teams to play until halfway through the summer and then start up in September.
But I don't think the NHL is going to have anychoice, with the NBA suspended and MLB postponed, the NHL would look stupid to keep playing.
Just a question for you brainiacs, but if the NHL postpones/cancels, what is the lost revenue going to do to the Cap, are they going to have to do a revenue pro-rate?
