Yeah. It should be that way, and generally that's what you expect. But for some reason, the coaches you generally hold in high regards are those that can motivate their players the best, rather than being the best tactician.
If it was all about making the best systems for the players alone, then player coaches coaches like Gulutzan should have a much stronger resume than they have. Player motivation is a key trait in a good coach. Gotta have the appropriate balance of both.
