The team is going along business as usual putting up similar results as Peters the year before according to the win pct. Can that not also be interpreted as Ward is just keeping the chair warm doing nothing and he isnt a net positve or negative.

I got a new Director at work that hasnt done anything and as a Manager im still clipping along doing slightly better than last year with 0 input from the new Director. Does that person deserve any credit?? Is this any indication Ward is doing anything ? Or just that the roster can carry the mail on its own about the same. They could very well be playing off the foundation that Peter's built still and Ward has just added the Ipod.
