This happen to me about two years ago. I was driving down 17 ave S.E, heading to a restaurant with my brother. As soon as i parked a cop pulled me over, for no reason. Ask me to show him the insurance card and license, which i did. After about two minutes, four more cop vechicle pulled in too. Me and brother was like the hell!. They told us to get out the car, then proceed to search it. I asked can you do that, he said,yes its not your car.(was burrowing my other brother car that day) So after all that fuss. Gave me a ticket 172 dollars for failure to disposed expired insurance card.
