One of the things i here from Oilers fans it’s gone all weird with ticket prices since the new arena. There are very specifically targeted seats that are increased while others were actually decreased this year. So there is that, it seems like kind an airline pricing model and seats with various widths in the same section.

I dont disagree that the reps are polite and nice. But really, how much value do you ascribe to that? Switching to mandatory auto-renew burned that goodwill for me.
