Biden spent no money on Super Tuesday because he had none. A week ago, the media had completely written off Biden. Yeah, Biden got a lot of hype from the SC win, but that was the result of a much bigger than expected win. It was a legitimate story.

Bernie's numbers were soft compared to 2016. They only looked good because he was running against 4 moderates splitting their votes. Every time the media would try to point out that winning at 33% against 60% voting for moderates is probably not good enough for Bernie, the Bernie supporters would freak out with their "bias" cries. All that happened was the moderate candidate emerged and as expected Bernie didn't move off of his 30-40% support.
