Reminds me of some of the wacky coaching calls in the final moments of CFL/NFL games.
E.g. the Seahawks not giving the ball to Beastmode, the Stamps putting the game on the back of their back-up QB for the final play.
I mean just mental break downs at the worst moments.
I do think in hockey there is something to creating chaos when you pull the goalie. I'm always amazed when teams throw it around looking for the perfect goal. You know the other team will be on edge - so throw it at the net and crash the net. Cause chaos. A lot of empty goals are on broken plays just like we saw tonight.
