So is the narrative wrong? is the Pacific Division actually good? Because the Coyotes put up a touchdown on the Bolts tonight, after the Golden Knights ended their winning streak, and now the Canucks are routing Boston who have one loss in their last 12? Hockey's weird sometimes.

The Pacific Division is not good. One of these teams is likely going to back their way into the playoffs by not losing as much as the other teams they are fighting with.

I get the idea that the Flames (or anyone else in the Pacific) shouldn't go for it, but man, with the division wide open anyone has a chance to win a round or two, really.

In fact, the worst thing that could happen for Calgary or Edmonton would be for the Canucks to miss, because that would probably get Benning fired, and he really is the gift that keeps on giving to everyone else.

As an aside, Keefe looked massively ticked off following the Leafs game. Can't blame him. They don't show up in Pittsburgh until it's over already, come back and play a huge statement game at home, and then this.

I usually don't listen to Overdrive after a Leaf win, but I will definitely be tuned in Monday afternoon. Should be gold.
