Up until a couple of years ago, they were averaging over 6,000 consistently.

That was with a team that hasn't had a winning record (or made the NCAA tournament) since 2010-11. Between 2013-14 and 2016-17, they didn't win 10 games in any single season.

The college only has about 2000 students, so they're obviously pulling in fans from the community as a whole too. Maybe an AHL team will do well.
