Every single major sport will review things from games and add disciplinary actions if required. Officials aren't watching things in slow motion replay, they happen at full speed...which is why video review exists to begin with.
And yes there are repercussions for doing a poor job officiating.
Just because they are not made public, other than those who are not given playoff games, doesn't mean they are not in place. They are.
