Sigh. No, it isn't. Why would an official who clearly saw what everyone in the whole arena saw have to review it? It was a clear bad hit. He blew the call. Why is that so hard to admit? The problem is it is happening way to often. And we do know the officials face no consequences, only coaches or players who call them out on it. If officials had consequences we would know, the media would know, it would be out there and we wouldn't have the issues we have with officiating that we do.
