Even if they do it wont matter

Appeals dont stop the penalty anymore, Chelsea's transfer ban was appealed, they still couldnt buy in the summer, it was overturned in december and reduced to 1 window, so they could buy in january

So barring the appeal being held and done in the next few months, they arent in it next season

UEFA will drag their heels as well, so it's no way that happens

They are going to have their appeal heard and decided likely later this year or early next is my guess, and its reduced to 1 year

The fine probably gets reduced as well, because its essentially a 100m dollar fine, from them missing out on CL revenue as well
