So we see Picard's ship under serious fire from the Romulans. Fires everywhere, Rios lying on the floor with a piece of pipe through his head, Picard's taken charge and he's calling what's her face number 2, and the doctor Data. Suddenly the holograph screams out, another ship has dropped from Warp, the Romulans are retreating.

We see The Enterprise Z scream over firing phasers. The Romulans scatter to light speed

Picard whispers - "Its the new Enterprise"
Raffi - "They're hailing us"
Picard - "On screen"
Enterprise - "This is Captain Wesley Crusher of the USS Enterprise, do you need assistance"
Picard - "Wesley, its good to hear your voice again"
Crusher - "Picard, we're beaming over my first officers Alexander Rozhenko to assist"

All of the cast members turn to the camera and Rick Astley's song starts to play"
