So yes, it could have been a lot worse and somehow my confidence in Kassian's ability to deliberately connect with a protected area is low...hes lucky as all hell he got Cernak in the chest and that his skate didnt slip a little up or down.
Dangerous as hell.
They showed a similarity to Skinner years ago kicking out, but he was kicking out at someone who was standing so its at leg-height as opposed to this incident where hes on his knees.

I agree it is a lot, and thankfully there was no harm, but it could have been a complete disaster for the NHL.
