Toy Story 4 sure. But really Disney Animation / Pixar sequels aren't actually all that common. Really only Toy Story has a long run (and even that is 4 movies over 25 years) most franchises are 1 movie, and 2 at most.
I think it was their more "mature" animation that really is what was the animation storytelling revolution, and not necessarily stuff like the first Toy Story (which was more a revolution from a technology perspective.)
Disney Animation / Pixar movies like Wall-E, Up, Inside Out, Coco, Zootopia, Soul (looks like it) and even Finding Dory are all movies that are still a big departure from what traditional animation (pre-1990) would have been trying to do from a story telling, tone, and ambition perspective.
