On Backlund, I was surprised to see that he has 28 points on the season and is now Calgary’s 5th highest point getter, like really surprised
With 5 points in his last 3 games, Backlund now has 11 points in his past 15 (since Jan 2)- a 60 point pace.
What a quiet turnaround in a season I would have considered a giant slump.
