Love the effort from top to bottom. Even with the 4-2 lead they still had their foot on the gas. Could have had 2 or 3 more but couldn’t convert on a lot of high danger chances.
All the discussion about playing downhill with a fast breakout and zone entry, along with an aggressive forecheck... whatever they’ve done, it has made a world of difference. Probably not going to score 6 goals every game but this is what this team is capable of when they’re on.
And what about the D. I said it when Gio got hurt — it forces the rest of the guys to step it up. Same with Hamonic out. The top four playing superb right now, and Kylington not far behind. Davidson has also filled in admirably.
