Cyber-libel comments would be making things up about a player that are not true with a malicious intent. If it's a common thing to site a player out and about in the same locations that offer the specific services that a player has been seen using over and over and has even been punished for by the team in the past wouldn't be considered Cyber-libel . It would be a speculative opinion based on the facts at hand and forming an honest opinion with out malicious intent. At that point it would be up to players lawyer to prove that those statements are out right false with the intent to due harm .
So far the comments I have seen would fall under Fair Comment.
Also a website can't be sued for slander. Slander is oral .Libal is written .
